Continent 8 becomes a Silver Partner with Microsoft
According to an announcement made on September 27 by Continent 8, the company has earned the prestigious Silver Partner accreditation from Microsoft. The iGaming security company will now be a member of the Microsoft Partnership Network, joining other prominent brands in the software industry that have "shown competence in delivering quality solutions." [Case in point:]
It is not simple to earn a silver certification, but doing so positions a company in the top 5 percent of all partners with Microsoft. This certification also enables the organization to sell items and services that are linked to Microsoft.
Before Microsoft will even consider bestowing the coveted silver competency level on a corporation, that organization must first earn the rating by successfully completing a number of challenging examinations and putting itself through extensive scrutiny.
The tests allow the tech giant to establish whether or not a firm is capable of providing high-quality software, solutions, and support that are based on Microsoft technology.
"Achieving Silver Partner status with Microsoft is a strategic step for Continent 8 and forms part of continued efforts to be the leading multi-cloud solutions provider to organizations in the global gambling industry," said Michael Tobin, Founder and CEO of Continent 8 Technologies. "This achievement forms part of continued efforts to be the leading multi-cloud solutions provider to organizations in the global gambling industry."
Because of its new status, Continent 8's existing cloud offering will be improved with the addition of Microsoft Azure Stack, which is a hybrid cloud platform that gives businesses the ability to deliver services from its data centers. This will allow Continent 8 to better compete with other cloud providers.
The business claims that "this will allow partners to upgrade their virtualization host utilizing a hybrid and hyperconverged solution connected with Azure," and that the feature, which is scheduled to become operational in the following weeks, would be live soon.
"Our cloud offering continues to evolve, and I'm thrilled that Continent 8 has joined the Microsoft Partner Network having reached Silver Partner level," said Justin Cosnett, Chief Product Officer of Continent 8 Technologies. "Our cloud offering continues to develop."
"I would want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who worked on achieving this certification. The accreditation validates the competence that we have demonstrated in providing our clients with high-quality cloud solutions.
